Raquel
Lopez danced at Joy of Motion Dance Studio, Florida, before moving to
Delaware
to continue her dance training at NCDA.
She became a student teacher before progressing to instructor
during high School. She was
an original member of NCDA’s Dansations Dance Company and performed at
Disney World, the
Delaware
Arts Festival, and
Winterthur
and placed in several competitions. She received a Scholarship in
Dance to George
Mason
University
and attended
American
University
in Washington,
D.C., receiving a BA in International Communications.
We are so happy that Raquel is back to bring all her knowledge
and pleasant personality to NCDA. She
especially enjoys teaching Lyrical.
