Summer Program

$ 141.00 & Registration Fee - 1/2 Hour Private Lesson $ 24.00

Registration requires annual $ 25.00 registration fee ($ 40.00 per family)

Fall Program

Registration requires one month's fee ($ 94.00) plus registration fee,

along with completed registration and auto payment forms

(Excel format-please print).

Remaining payments must be automatically debited through

Visa, MC, Discover, or debit card.

A RESERVED DAY AND TIME WILL BE APPOINTED

POLICY - In consideration of the instructors and staff, a 24 hour notice

is requires for all missed lessons.  Make-up lessons are available due to

illness only.  There are 3 group make-up lessons available in November,

February and April.

REQUIRED MATERIALS

Voice & Drama: Sheet music or CD - Piano: Sheet Music

Guitar: Guitar and sheet music

STUDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO PERFORM IN THE ANNUAL CONCERT
