NCDA: Dance Instructors

Alex has over 20 years experience in teaching bass and guitar in many

different skill levels. His instruction philosophy is to build a foundation

of a good practice regimen, promote positive thinking and determination,

and foster an appreciation of all musical styles through an understanding

of music theory, composition, arrangement, and music history. He has

performed for Pope John paul II at Central Park, worked six months at

Disney's EPCOT Center, opened for such acts as Placido Domingo, Roberta

Flack, Blues Travelers, the B-52's, Neville Brothers, and Neil Diamond.

He was also invited to perform at the inauguration of president Clinton

in 1996.
